In Doomkerke, we realised a green roof on a garden house, using sedum plugs exclusively. These low-maintenance sedum plants provide a green, durable covering that quickly develops into a fully-fledged vegetation layer.

This project illustrates that a green roof does not always have to be large to make an impact - even on smaller structures, such as a gazebo, a green roof can contribute to a natural look and functional benefits, such as better insulation and water management.
