What data?

Through this website, personal data is collected through the login form and through the order or contact form.

In doing so, you may be asked to enter your name (first name - surname), e-mail address, address, VAT number, phone number and mobile phone number.

  • Your first and last name, to address you correctly;
  • Phone number: if there is any additional information or questions, we can then contact you quickly;
  • E-mail address: to confirm your order and payment and to give you a summary of your order;
  • Your address: to fulfil the delivery;

What will the data be used for?

The data will be used to carry out the contractually agreed activities. In doing so, this data may be passed on to a partner, to accomplish the delivery of the order.

The user can also subscribe via the newsletter. To do so, he/she must actively check the newsletter box. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. A newsletter can be sent to existing customers under the justified interest and thus without the customer's prior consent. An opt-out will be provided on every newsletter.

Your data will not be traded, sold, rented or transmitted to third parties, except to a few selective processors that assist "Vice Verda" in the performance of their duties, such as management software, payment processing, accounting package and a backup service.

On rare occasions, "Vice Verda" may be required to disclose your Personal Data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations. "Vice Verda" will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance in this regard, unless subject to legal restrictions. Services

For the purpose of providing services to our customers, we may process your personal identification data (name, (business) address, e-mail address, telephone number), We may also process other personal data that the customer shares with us for the performance of the agreement. In this context, we do not process sensitive personal data (e.g. personal data indicating your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning your health or data concerning your sex life or sexual orientation). The legal basis for processing personal data is the conclusion or performance of a contract (Article 6, §1, (b) AVG);

We obtain these personal data directly from the data subject and/or through a third party (e.g. architect, engineering firm, ...). We keep your personal data for as long as required to comply with our legal obligations, to provide our services correctly or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping your personal data (longer).

Third parties with whom we work to store and manage our data have access to this personal data (IT providers). A list of these third parties with whom we cooperate is showable upon simple written request.

Invoicing and accounting

For the purposes of invoicing and our accounting obligations, we may process your personal identification data (name, (business) address, e-mail address, telephone number, CBE number), financial data (bank account number, method of payment) and performance/services provided.
This data allows us to prepare our invoices, keep our accounts and comply with accounting obligations, including the preparation of financial statements.

The legal basis for processing the personal data is based on various legal obligations, such as those contained in the Economic Law Code (Art. I.1 WER, Art. III.82 WER, Art. III.89 WER and Art. III.90 WER), the KB WVV (double-entry bookkeeping), the Companies and Associations Code (Art. 3:1 WVV) and the Income Tax Code (Art. 320 WIB) (Article 6, §1, (c) AVG). We obtain this personal data directly from the data subject and/or through a third party. Safety measures

"Vice Verda" has developed security measures adapted at technical and organisational level to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorised access or inadvertent notification to third parties of personal data, as well as any other unauthorised processing of these data. Under no circumstances can "Vice Verda" be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an erroneous or unlawful use by a third party of your personal data. You must at all times comply with the security rules, including by preventing any unauthorised access to your login and code. You are solely responsible for the use made from the Website of your computer, IP address and of your identification data, as well as for their confidentiality.

Rights and data subjects

You have the right to access your personal data at any time, free of charge, as well as the use that "Vice Verda" makes of your personal data.
