Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced specialist for the maintenance and construction of green roofs and roof gardens. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining green roofs roof gardens and green facades
- Construction of green roofs, roof gardens and green facades from technical construction to plant sowing.
- Comply with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide support for complex engineering tasks such as installation of paving, fencing and irrigation.
- Preparing daily materials, monitoring stock and helping to ensure an orderly and well-maintained depot.
- Perform basic maintenance of machinery and materials used.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A horticulture-related education and/or several years of experience is a plus.
- You enjoy working as part of a team, have a positive attitude and enthusiasm, making you a valuable addition to our team.
- Technical understanding and ability to think logically and solution-oriented.
- With your proactive attitude and flexibility, you are well prepared to face various challenges.
- Your command of Dutch, French and/or English is excellent. German is a plus.
